What’s the difference between power washing and soft washing?
When dealing with house siding and more delicate surfaces, our team uses a lighter water pressure (known as soft washing). Power washing is a higher pressure used to clean harder surfaces like concrete.
Do you charge for estimates?
No – all estimates are free.
Do I need to do any kind of prep work before you arrive to powerwash?
Before you have your house washed, please do the following:
- Remove any outdoor furniture or decorations from the area to ensure they won’t be damaged or splattered with water or cleaning solution.
- Close all windows and doors tightly to prevent water from entering the house or building. Also, remove screens where you would like to have windows cleaned.
- Turn off any exterior electrical outlets, light fixtures, or any other electrical components that could be damaged by water or a power washer.
- Let us know if there are any delicate or previously damaged areas on the house or building so we can adjust the pressure settings or avoid those areas altogether.
By taking these precautions, customers can help ensure a safe and effective power washing of their homes without any damage to surrounding items or surfaces.
Does siding impact the power washing price?
In most cases, siding does not impact the price of a house wash. The price is increased if there is a large soiled area that may require high pressure for a long period of time. You can always ask about specific areas during the quote process.
What do i do with my pet(s) while you’re power washing my house?
We know our customers love their pets, but we ask that the customer works to keep pets out of the work areas so the crew can get the washing done safely and efficiently.
